Baked Cod with Miso
An easy cod recipe that's a cinch to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup miso
- 1 cup mirin
- 1 pound cod fillet
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix miso and mirin in saucepan and heat over low flame to dissolve miso.
- Let marinade cool, then place in an oven-proof dish large enough to fit the fish, then place the fillets in marinade, fully covered if possible, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
