Beef Fajitas

Sizzling strips of marinated beef cooked with bell peppers and onions. Served in tortillas with toppings like salsa, guac, and sour cream.

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 pound thinly sliced beef 1 cup thinly sliced onions
  2. 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper 1 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
  3. 1 (14.5 ounce) can college inn® beef broth french onion style
  4. 1 (1.27 ounce) packet fajita seasoning

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef and saute until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add onions and peppers and cook until peppers are tender, about 3 minutes. Add broth and heat to boil, simmer uncovered 15 minutes to reduce. Stir in fajita seasoning, mixing well. Bring to a boil. Serve over rice or in a warmed flour tortilla.
