Berry Banana Cauliflower Smoothie

Sneak in your veggies with a smoothie every morning. Riced cauliflower adds thickness and creaminess to a subtly sweet cauliflower smoothie that features the fruity flavors of bananas and berries at the forefront.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  2. ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  3. 1 cup sliced frozen banana
  4. 2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
  5. 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Place cauliflower, berries, banana, almond milk and maple syrup in a blender; blend until smooth, 3 to 4 minutes.
