Blueberry Crisp

Blueberry crisp is a quintessential summertime dessert, and this easy recipe is sure to please! Delicious with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  2. ¾ cup brown sugar
  3. ½ cup butter, cold, diced
  4. ½ teaspoon salt
  5. 1 cup white sugar
  6. ¼ cup orange juice
  7. 2 tablespoons instant tapioca
  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. 6 cups fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine flour, brown sugar, cold butter, and salt in the bowl of a food processor; pulse into coarse crumbs. Set topping aside.
  3. Combine white sugar, orange juice, tapioca, and cinnamon in a large bowl; stir in blueberries until completely coated. Spoon blueberry filling into a large baking dish; sprinkle topping over blueberries.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until topping is golden brown and filling bubbles, about 40 minutes.
