Campbells Kitchen Beef Teriyaki

Quick and easy teriyaki beef stir-fry using Campbell’s® sauces. Sweet, savory, and great served over rice for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  2. 1 3/4 cups swansonВ® beef broth (regular, lower sodium or certified organic)
  3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
  6. hot cooked rice

Directions

  1. Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy, brown sugar and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and juices evaporate.
  3. Add broccoli and cook 1 minute. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
