Cape Cod Turkey Salad

A fresh and flavorful salad with turkey, cranberries, apples, and nuts. Light and tangy, it’s a perfect New England-style dish for warm-weather lunches or brunch.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups diced cooked turkey 1 cup diced celery
  2. 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  3. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts 1 cup mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 cup sour cream
  5. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix the turkey, celery, cranberries, and walnuts together in a bowl.
  2. To make the dressing, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, rosemary, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Pour over the turkey mixture, and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour. Serve cold.
