Cowboy Stew I

Hearty and bold, this stew features ground beef, beans, corn, and a touch of spice—cowboy cooking at its finest with plenty of Western flair.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 onion, chopped
  2. 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
  3. 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans 1 (15 ounce) can baked beans with pork
  4. 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  5. 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles

Directions

  1. Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until beef is no longer pink. Drain off grease. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the corn, chili with beans, baked beans, tomato sauce and green chilies. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
