Fruit Smoothie

A Fruit Smoothie is a refreshing blend of fresh or frozen fruits, combined with yogurt, juice, or milk for a creamy, nutritious drink. Perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or post-workout boost.

Ingredients

  1. 1 banana
  2. 2 cups peach yogurt
  3. 1 cup frozen strawberries
  4. 1 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Peel and wrap the banana tightly in plastic wrap. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours. Place the yogurt, strawberries, banana, and orange juice in the jar of a blender. Puree until smooth and frothy. Serve.
