High Fiber Matcha Green Smoothie Bowl

Matcha powder and spinach give this healthy smoothie bowl a beautiful green hue. If you don't have spinach on hand, try swapping in another dark leafy green like kale.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  2. 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
  3. 1/2 cup spinach
  4. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  5. 5 tablespoons sliced almonds, divided
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha tea powder
  7. 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  8. 1/2 ripe kiwi, sliced

Directions

  1. Place banana, peaches, spinach, almond milk, 3 tablespoons almonds, matcha and maple syrup in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi and the remaining 2 tablespoons almonds. Serve immediately.
