Jiffy Ground Pork Skillet
Quick-cooked ground pork with vegetables and spices in a skillet. A fast, flexible dinner ready in minutes—perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds uncooked penne or medium tube pasta
- 1 pound ground pork 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4- inch slices
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook pork and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add to the skillet. Stir in zucchini. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender.
