Mexicali Pork Chops
Chops are infused with bold Southwest flavors—chipotle, cumin, lime, perhaps a hint of chili—bringing smoky, spicy, citrusy flair for a taste that’s vibrant, fun, and irresistibly zesty.
Ingredients
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil salsa
Directions
- Rub taco seasoning over pork chops. In a skillet, cook chops in oil over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 9 minutes. Serve with salsa.
