Miso Glazed Salmon
Tender salmon fillets glazed with a savory-sweet miso sauce, then broiled to caramelized perfection. This rich, umami-packed dish is both comforting and elegant, perfect for a quick, flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup miso paste (soy bean paste)
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 6 salmon fillets
Directions
- To make the glaze: In a large bowl combine the miso paste, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Brush salmon fillets with the glaze. Grill over medium direct heat and continue brushing with glaze throughout cooking process.
