Overnight Matcha Oats with Berries

Blueberries and raspberries top these matcha overnight oats for a quick, meal-prep-friendly breakfast.

Ingredients

  1. ⅔ cup nonfat milk
  2. ⅔ cup old-fashioned oats (see tip)
  3. 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  5. 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  6. ⅛ teaspoon salt
  7. ¼ cup blueberries
  8. ¼ cup raspberries
  9. 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Combine milk, oats, matcha powder, chia seeds, maple syrup and salt in a pint jar and stir. Top with blueberries, raspberries and almonds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
