At Diegos Kingston, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. The item was purchased directly from our website: https://diegoskingston.com
  2. The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
  3. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  4. The item is not listed as a non-returnable or final sale product (see Section 5 below)

2. Return Process

  1. Request Approval: Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Ship the Item: Once approved, you must ship the item to our return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
  3. Inspection: After we receive the item, we will inspect it within 2–4 business days
  4. Refund or Replacement: If approved, your refund will be processed, or a replacement will be shipped (based on your preference and item availability)

3. Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
  2. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider
  3. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped

4. Exchanges

  1. We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect in size (if applicable)
  2. Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  3. To request an exchange, email info@diegoskingston.com with your order number and details

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  1. Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
  2. Used, worn, or damaged products not due to our error
  3. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  4. Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  5. Perishable goods (if applicable)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue
  2. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

7. Cancellations

  1. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  2. Once shipped, you must go through the return process.
