By accessing or using the Site, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make purchases.

  2. Product(s): goods made available for sale through the Site.
  3. Order: your request to purchase Products via the Site.

  2. We strive to ensure accuracy of information however, there may be inadvertent errors. If a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
  3. Prices listed on the Site are in the currency stated, inclusive or exclusive of any taxes (as stated) and may include shipping charges or may not; shipping/handling charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

5. Payment

  1. We accept payment methods as shown on the Site.
  2. Payment will be debited from your account upon the confirmation of your Order.
  3. You represent that the payment method you use is yours and that you have sufficient funds or credit to complete the transaction.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We will ship Products to the shipping address provided by you.
  2. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  3. You are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applicable in your country.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. We accept returns/refunds/cancellations as per our Returns Policy. (You may want a separate Returns Policy page; if so, link here.)
  2. Typically, you must notify us within a certain number of days after receiving the Product if you wish to return it (e.g. 7/14 days).
  3. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact for return/refund.
  4. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. It may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, audio clips, video clips, software — is owned by or licensed to Diegos Kingston, and is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.
